CPU: IBM or compatible PC using an Intel Pentium III/4 or AMD K5/Athalon
processor running at 700Mhz. A 1 Ghz or faster processor is
recommended. Voyager does not run on an Apple Macintosh.
Operating Systems: Windows NT 4.0, 2000,
XP, 2003 Server. NT 4.0 requires the latest Service Pack.
RAM: 256MB minimum, 512MB recommended.
Hard Disk: At least 250MB of free space (twice that,
temporarily, if installing from a download). Voyager requires
a significant amount of hard disk space due to its comprehensive
data sets.
Web Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 5.01 or
later.
Screen: 800 x 600 or better color monitor (1024 x 768
or higher highly recommended)
Printer: Any printer supported by Windows. Required for
printing flight plans/charts.
Internet: Required for downloading weather data, TFR
and other data/application updates, etc. A broadband (DSL, LAN
or cable-modem), always-on connection is preferred but not required. |
